• Wi-Fi: During peak summer season, guests may experience reduced internet speeds due to increased demand in the Saugatuck area.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Early check-ins and late check-outs are not available.

Cottage #3 is professionally managed by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management, based in Holland, Michigan. Our local team is committed to making your stay comfortable, convenient, and worry-free.
Your stay includes:

• Professionally laundered bed linens
• Bath towels and beach towels
• A starter supply of paper and cleaning products
• Emergency maintenance services
• Convenient self-check-in with a unique door access code
• Before arrival, we'll provide your directions, access code, and check-in instructions so you can head straight to your cottage and begin enjoying your vacation.
• Rental agreement: All guests must sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of making their reservation. Failure to complete the agreement will result in cancellation.
• Reservation charges: Applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Damage Protection policy are included in your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancel within 48 hours of booking at no charge, subject to applicable booking terms.
• Cancel 14 or more days before arrival for a full refund.
• Cancel 7 days before arrival for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival are nonrefundable.
• Early departures, shortened stays, and delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or other circumstances are not eligible for refunds. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment.
