Perfectly positioned for exploring the area, the home is just 10 minutes north of the famous Silver Lake Sand Dunes and Big Silver Lake, and 10 minutes south to downtown Pentwater, where you’ll find charming shops, restaurants, the marina, and seasonal events—giving you the best of adventure and small-town coastal living in both directions.

Designed for both relaxation and connection, the home features a large open-concept living space anchored by a chef’s kitchen, ideal for family meals, entertaining, and gathering after a day at the beach. Thoughtful details throughout create a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages.One of the home’s standout features is the spacious screened porch, furnished for lounging and conversation and complete with a cozy fireplace—perfect for cool evenings, rainy days, or winding down after sunset. One kayak and SUP are provided as well for your fun on the water!

Two main floor bedrooms each feature a queen bed and ensuite bath and an additional 1/2 bath is located just off the kitchen. The unique second floor lofts offers 2 built in twin over queen bunks with nautical details and overlooks the main floor living area. An additional full bath is adjacent to the loft area. There is a queen sleeper sofa located on the main floor as well for extra guests.

Families will love the dedicated kids’ play area, cleverly accessed through a hidden passageway behind a bookshelf, adding a sense of fun and discovery while keeping toys and activities neatly tucked away.

Spend your days enjoying Lake Michigan’s sandy shoreline, swimming and beachcombing, or adventuring at the dunes and nearby lakes. In the evenings, return to the peaceful setting of the home to relax, reconnect, and recharge.

There is space to accommodate a maximum of 3 vehicles.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 14 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 7 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of cleaning and paper products as well as 24/7 emergency maintenance. Let a BVW escape artist help with your reservation today.

All BVW Unsalted Vacations rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Damage Protection policy.
