THE HOME
The main level centers around a roomy kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area, providing plenty of space for everyone to gather over meals.
Step directly onto the adjacent deck, equipped with a gas grill, articulating umbrella, and outdoor dining space. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee, an easy lunch, or dinner outdoors while enjoying the lake setting. Beyond the kitchen, the large living room invites everyone to settle in and relax. A gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, while French doors open onto a spacious covered deck with comfortable lounge space and incredible Lake Michigan views. The main level also features a private primary bedroom with a king bed and attached full bathroom. Grand Haven beach is just a short walk down and across the street. 

UPSTAIRS
The upper level provides three additional bedrooms with flexible accommodations for adults, kids, and teens.
Sleeping arrangements include:

- Queen-over-queen bunk room
- Twin-over-full bunk beds with a twin trundle in a pass-through sleeping area
A second living area upstairs gives your group another place to spread out, watch a movie, play games, or relax away from the main living space.
From the upper living area, step onto the home's second expansive deck. Enjoy sunshine during the day, refreshing lake breezes in the afternoon, and spectacular evening views as the sun sets over Lake Michigan.

PARKING
There is plenty of parking to accommodate 3 cars. The parking area is clearly marked with lines at both ends of the property. One spot north of the tram is a pull-in spot; vehicles parked here must be pulled all the way in, and bumpers should not hang over the road. Spots on the south side of the tram are PARALLEL PARKING ONLY. Always ensure your cars do not overflow into the street.
