The Superior is a two-bedroom 3rd floor condo overlooking the main shopping district in award-winning downtown Holland. The sunny living room provides a birds eye view of all the 8th street activities. The fully-furnished kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, top quality cookware and granite countertops. The bedrooms are spacious and each includes a queen-size bed, dresser and a large closet. A sleeper sofa in the living room will allow this unit to accommodate up to six guests. The bathroom features custom tile, a granite countertop and a large soaking tub with shower.
Centrally located in the heart of the 8th street business district this condo is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, breweries , Sperry Movie house and Hope College.

- Cancel 14 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 7 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
