This condo has been designed with guest comfort as a priority. The cozy open living area connects to the fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor and includes a queen bed and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. The lower-level bedroom features one set of twin bunks and an additional queen bed. This space has access to a full bath with a walk-in shower. An additional half bath with laundry can be found on the main floor.

Up to two parking spaces are available. **Please note that the parking garage is under construction.**

- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
