INSIDE THE HOME
This two-story home has just been updated with a focus on guests’ comfort. The main floor features a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, coffee station with espresso maker, and separate dining area. The sunny living room offers a cozy seating area, flat-screen TV, and cool retro egg chair. A full bath completes this floor.

On the upper level, you will find a primary bedroom with a king bed, a guest room with a queen bed, an additional bedroom with one full and one twin bed, and a guest room with one full-size bed. There is a second full bath on this floor as well.

OUTSIDE
This cottage is located on a wooded corner, providing a private and peaceful escape. Plan a cookout on the patio space complete with a gas grill, dining table, and sitting area. Enjoy evenings at the fire pit after spending time on the patio just off the living room with a dining table, gas grill, and sitting area. As an added bonus there are multiple outdoor games available for your use. Enjoy the tranquility of being surrounded by nature.

PARKING
There is space available for up to 4 vehicles.

CANCELLATION POLICY
– 100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
– 50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
– No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
