City View Loft: This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers open living space and a fully stocked kitchen. You will be “wowed” the moment you walk into this beautifully decorated condo from the exposed brick to the massive wood beams, it has character all around!
INSIDE
City View Loft is a third-floor unit in the historical Harbourfront Condominiums conveniently located close to all the downtown action. As you enter the condo you will be welcomed into the beautiful Kitchen which is open to the main living space. Just off the living area is the guest bedroom along with a walk-through bathroom for guests. Tucked through a hallway are a laundry area and the private main bedroom with an en suite bath.
An open loft with full bed provides additional sleeping space.

OUTSIDE
There is a balcony with an electric grill that faces first street. This is the perfect spot to sit and relax on a nice summer night.
PARKING
You will be provided with 2 Harbourfront parking passes.
SLEEPING
The condo sleeps 5. Bed and bath linens are provided.

THE LOCATION
Shopping, a microbrewery, coffeehouse, Italian bistro, and spa-salon are all right in the building.
The farmers market, miniature golf, clothing shops, ice cream, charter fishing, fish cleaning station, a playground, and the splash pad are all across the street at Chinook Pier.
Downtown Grand Haven is two blocks away. If you’re in the mood for great boutique shopping, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, that’s the place to be!
You can walk or bike the boardwalk down the channel to the beach to catch a sunset. The beach is only a mile away, but if you don’t want to walk or bike, catch a ride on Grand Haven’s trolley! It will pick you up right at Chinook Pier.
CANCELLATION POLICY
-100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.
There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
MANAGEMENT
This property is locally managed by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide a starter kit of paper products, toiletries, hospitality-grade linens and much more.
Check-in is a breeze; drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code. We’ll send you all the information you need including directions, lock box codes, and instructions so you’ll be ready to rest, relax and rejuvenate!

All BVW Unsalted Vacations rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Damage Protection policy.
