The lower level conveniently features a Kitchenette, living room area, a bedroom with a Queen bed, and a full bath with a stand-up shower.

Up the stairs you will find the main living space with amazing views of the lake, along with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area with seating for 4 with additional seating available at the snack bar area, comfortable living room, and tons of outdoor hang out space, including a gas grill with an outdoor picnic area. 

There are window air conditioning units on the top floor and the bottom floor. 

The third floor features 4 bedrooms and a full bath.

This cottage sleeps 10 and is perfect for multi-generational travel—thanks to its unique layout.

The kitchen has a snack bar with lots of storage and all appliances. The dining room is conveniently located right off the kitchen with seating for 8 along with additional seating at the snack bar area. 

Enjoy your mealtime outside on the large deck area and take in the breathtaking views. This property is perched up on the hill giving it the perfect spot to watch a Lake Michigan summer sunset!

THE LOCATION
Walk down to the state beach area and forget about trying to find a parking spot. Be sure to bring your bikes as this house is close to downtown Grand Haven, and biking the boardwalk along the channel is a real treat.

- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
