This cottage has been recently updated and offers a main floor bedroom and full bath and 2 additional bedrooms on the second floor with 1/2 bath. Enjoy your morning coffee or family cookout in the private courtyard. Perfect spot for your summer plans!

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

PARKING
There is space for up to two vehicles. Guests are responsible for finding parking in an alternate location for any additional cars. 

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.

It's a busy area, but it quiets after 10 pm, so no problem sleeping. We felt so connected to the beach and all the little businesses along the main drag.
