Designed for comfort and convenience this 2 floor condo provides plenty of options for everyone to enjoy and is centrally located near downtown Grand Haven.

INSIDE:
The well equipped kitchen with breakfeast opens to the spacious living area and access to the roomy balcony.
 A primary ensuite bedroom is located on the main floor as well as and additional guest room with 2 twin beds and access to a full bath with tub and shower. 
 Upstairs you will find a spacious loft area with a queen bed and twin bunks. An additional full bath with shower can be accessed on this level.  

PARKING
Parking is available in the parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis.

SLEEPING
This home sleeps 8. All bed linens and bath linens are provided. 

Bedroom #1: King bed
Bedroom #2:  2 Twin beds
Loft Area: Queen bed w/ Twin Bunk Beds 

EATING
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need including cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. A standard drip coffee pot is provided. The kitchen snack bar has 4 bar stools, the kitchen table will seat 4.

THE LOCATION
This condo association is located right by a dry cleaner, ice cream shop, and upscale restaurant. Just a short walk in either direction is a bakery, coffee shop, and several fast-food restaurants. Conveniently located off US 31 and only minutes by car or a short walk to downtown Grand Haven, there is plenty to do with parks, marinas, beaches, shopping, and restaurants nearby. Take a walk on the boardwalk along the channel out to the Grand Haven Lighthouse and make sure you schedule a day to spend at the beach, playing in the sand and splashing in the waves-you will love the beautiful Grand Haven State Park!


CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 14 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 7 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.


MANAGEMENT
This property is locally managed by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide a starter kit of paper products, toiletries, hospitality-grade linens and much more.

Check-in is a breeze; drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code. We'll send you all the information you need including directions, access codes, and instructions so you'll be ready to rest, relax and rejuvenate!

"This was our second stay at this Unsalted Vacations property. The addition of a ceiling fan in the loft made our stay much more comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to downtown Grand Haven, with a bakery, coffee shop, and restaurants right on site. We even enjoyed fireworks from nearby areas on the 4th of July. The staff were incredibly responsive to our needs. We will definitely consider this unit again!"
