The eat-in kitchen is right off the living room and is equipped with all major appliances, dinnerware, cookware, and utensils.

Guests will have access to two parking spots.

THE LOCATION
The location is perfect for guests who are looking to be by the beach, but still close to the downtown strip with stores, restaurants, and quaint coffee shops. 

You can walk the boardwalk to downtown with plenty to see on your way. The channel is an ideal spot to sit and relax as you watch the boats go by. Enjoy the weekly Musical Fountain or catch a concert at the Waterfront Stadium.


CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.

We'll send you all the information you need, including directions, lockbox codes, and instructions, so you'll be ready to rest, relax, and rejuvenate!
